Nakeita saw the gaps in traditional beauty education. Students were learning how to pass a test, but not how to build wealth. They were taught technique, but not strategy. Skill, but not scale.
So she created something different.
The Redd Print was designed to bridge the gap between licensure and leadership. Hi, I'm Sharita Stephenson is a Professional Cosmetology Instructor with 19 years experience as a licensed cosmetologist which includes Hair/Nails and Skin training, 5 years as a cosmetology instructor. I am passionate about enriching the minds of students as well as teaching them new skills and helping students on their professional journey.
